What happens at this event?

Suitable for all levels, Hatha Yoga offers a harmonious pace that allows participants to connect with their bodies, deepen their breath, and cultivate a state of peaceful awareness.

Things to remember

Please aim to arrive 10 mins early to settle in and be ready to start promptly. Bring your own mat and props if you have them. I have spares that can be borrowed with notice. Thank you

Sams Hatha Yoga classes are a real treat. I particularly like the balance exercises and come away feeling at peace and rejuvenated all at the same time. No two classes are the same. Sam is really knowledgeable a deluxe s joy to be around.
