What happens at this event?

Hatha Yoga is a traditional practice that emphasizes the balance of mind and body through physical postures (asanas), controlled breathing (pranayama), and relaxation techniques. This class is designed to improve strength, flexibility, and mindfulness while fostering a sense of inner calm and well-being. Suitable for all levels, Hatha Yoga offers a harmonious pace that allows participants to connect with their bodies, deepen their breath, and cultivate a state of peaceful awareness.

Things to remember

Please aim to arrive 10 mins early to settle in and be ready to start promptly. Bring your own mat and props if you have them. I have spares that can be borrowed with notice. Thank you

Sams Yoga classes have made a real difference to me, I look forward to them every Wednesday. Each and every class is different. Sam is a truely inspirational kind teacher who's knowledge and dedication to what she does never ceases to amaze.

This class is the best way to start the day! A lovely reset in the middle of the week. All of Sam’s classes are designed to fit those attending and time of day so that students receive the optimum benefit in a gentle and compassionate way weather it be Hathaway flow, yin or stillness. Love these classes and would highly recommend them to anyone from complete beginner to advanced practitioners. Thank you Sam as my husband says “ you’re always better after your yoga class! “ xx
