Classes focus on breathwork, postures, meditation and relaxation . This is an excellent class to learn all the foundations of yoga as it incorporates a series of traditional Hatha Yoga asanas (postures) that emphasize strength, flexibility, and alignment. 
Mindfulness is woven throughout the practice to cultivate awareness and presence. Each movement is guided by the breath, promoting a meditative state and fostering a deeper connection to the present moment.
Teachings inspired by the ancient yogic texts and the core principles of yoga are gently introduced at the beginning or integrated as thematic cues throughout the practice, providing students with insights that they can carry beyond the mat.
