Summer Solstice Well-Being Evening at Island Hallfrom £40
Join Verity & Sam for a magical Solstice Evening in a beautiful natural setting, where we gather to honour the turning of the season and the light within. As the sun begins to soften, we will move through a gentle yoga practice, settle into meditation, and be immersed in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath and yoga nidra, inviting deep rest and renewal. As darkness falls, we will gather around the fire for heart-opening kirtan, sharing voice, stillness, and connection beneath the evening sky. A nourishing evening to pause, reflect, and celebrate the sacred rhythm of nature.
