This is an hour of guided rest including a variation of breathing techniques, visualisation, affirmation and melodic journey of chimes, gongs and singing bowls. This will surely set you up for your week ahead, and theres a bit of time to chat with like minded souls for cake and a cuppa afterwards before floating home.

Relaxation Hour  Sound Meditation - Sun 5pm Monthly 

As soon as you walk into one of Sam’s classes, you feel a warm welcome, and like your in a relaxing and safe space. Sam’s classes are beautifully put together, and she sets a focus or a narrative for them, that somehow always seems to chime and support you with whatever is going on in life. The classes are invigorating for the body and nourishing for the soul. I go to her Saturday flow classes, and the whole weekend is a million times better after a class. She’s also managed to build a beautiful community of yogis around the classes. I couldn’t recommend Sam’s classes enough. Thanks Sam ❤️
