A flowing Yoga Practice including philosophy, posture, breath-work and relaxation. Suitable for mixed level abilities as variations on poses are offered.
Things to remember
Please aim to arrive 10 mins early to settle in and be ready to start promptly. Bring your own mat and props if you have them. I have spares that can be borrowed with notice. Thank you

Such thought goes into every one of Sam’s classes. Beginning with a lovely introduction about, maybe a season, celebration, or a particular area of the body. The yoga follows with Sam’s relaxed instruction throughout and ending with some very nice relaxation.
Afterwards, I always feel refreshed, stretched and ready for the day! Thank you Sam

My Saturday morning yoga sessions with Sam are always the highlight of my week. I step onto the mat, knowing that I’ll come off feeling spiritually refreshed and restored. The same goes for the treatments she offers. Her massages go far beyond just self care - they’re a pocket of peace that take you away from the manic everyday.
