What happens at this event?

Dive into deep relaxation to de stress, nourish and rejuvenate your body mind and soul. This is an hour of guided rest including a variation of breathing techniques, visualisation, affirmation and melodic journey of chimes, gongs and singing bowls. This will surely set you up for your week ahead, and theres a bit of time to chat with like minded souls for cake and a cuppa afterwards before floating home.

Things to remember

Wear comfortable clothing for lying down. Bring a yoga mat if you have one (I have spares), and any blankets cushions or pillows for added coziness!

My first sound meditation and it was lovely. Samantha was very welcoming and created a lovely calming atmosphere. I left feeling de-stressed. Would highly recommend.
