Things to remember

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Bring your Yoga mat (I have spares), and anything that will aid comfort. Optional suggestions are also a blanket, a yoga brick or block and a Yoga strap.\ A bottle of water is advisable.

This is a truly special class with a lovely atmosphere. It’s a small group expertly taught by Sam whose gentle approach is perfect. She has the ability to really tune in to the individual needs of each person. You absolutely feel safe in her hands while enjoying a holistic and satisfying yoga session. Highly recommend! !
