Hatha yoga is a type of yoga that pairs poses ("asanas") with breathing techniques ("pranayama"), and is typically a type of yoga class that's slow-paced with a focus on alignment. Sam will lead you through series of gentle poses at a steady pace with guidance on how to do each pose safely and mindfully, with time to relax at the end. Hatha Yoga is great for a wide variety of people—especially beginners—as you don't need much prior knowledge or experience to hit the mat.
You can book at the start of the term or at anytime during, with pro rata pricing automatically set
Look out for one-off trial sessions. When made available, you can book a trial before committing to the rest of the term.
