Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Bring your Yoga mat (I have spares), and anything that will aid comfort. Optional suggestions are also a blanket, a yoga brick or block and a Yoga strap. A bottle of water is advisable.
You can book at the start of the term or at anytime during, with pro rata pricing automatically set
Look out for one-off trial sessions. When made available, you can book a trial before committing to the rest of the term.
It is up to you how many weeks you join, but don’t leave it too long, as you may risk sessions selling out!
