What happens at this event?

Join Sam for a rejuvenating Yoga class designed to release stress and tension from the body, mind, and soul. This practice focuses on gentle movements, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation techniques that help melt away worries and restore a sense of calm. Perfect for all levels, this class creates a nurturing space where you can unwind, reconnect with your inner peace, and leave feeling lighter and more balanced. Things to remember

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Bring your Yoga mat (I have spares), and anything that will aid comfort. Optional suggestions are also a blanket, a yoga brick or block and a Yoga strap. A bottle of water is advisable.

Look out for one-off trial sessions. When made available, you can book a trial before committing to the rest of the term.

Flexibility in your hands

It is up to you how many weeks you join, but don’t leave it too long, as you may risk sessions selling out!
